Struggle With Time

I’m not sure if you do, but I struggle with feeling satisfied in using my time. That term, “use your time wisely” has struck me to another level. Sometimes, I feel so overwhelmed by things to do and sometimes I sit still and do nothing, but I constantly ask myself, “Am I wasting time?”

I juggle in my mind the things I could do, the things I should do, and the things I need to do. I’ve become so tired of thinking of how to use my time the way it should be used. I want to make the best out of my time, but what would be the best?

As I ponder about these things about time, I do want to end on a positive quote:

“Time continues to fly, time doesn’t wait for you, so don’t stress over how productive your time was used, but actually feel the excitement that you are moving forward along with time.”

    1. Thank you so much, and I’m so glad it relates to you! I guess I try to assure myself that I need to move forward with time instead of looking back and regretting things that have already past. I really appreciate your kind words, thanks a lot for the comment πŸ™‚

      1. My pleasure. 😊
And yes we should try to move forward because looking back and regretting things will bring nothing but pain to us. Holding on to the past will never let us live peacefully. We cannot change it what happened. So it’s useless to frequently think about it and make our lives miserable. But also it’s takes a lot of courage to move forward. And as you are giving all your effort to move on, I’m really glad to know that. And I wish you all the very best.
        Take Care. πŸ™‚

  1. This is the story of my life. So much to do, just don’t want to do it because I feel there’s something better, more important, or more fun I could be doing. I tend to procrastinate sometimes… well… a lot. Lol! Totally relate to this. ☺️

  2. 100% true. I try hard not to worry too much, especially about wasting time because then I’ve not only lost the time to my “wasteful” behavior but also the time spent worrying! It’s a vicious cycle — one that still rears its ugly head once in a while.

  3. I can definitely relate!! Sometimes I get so overwhelmed with all the things that I have to do that I forget to sit in the moment. Time is precious, but we shouldn’t let ourselves be overwhelmed by that. We need to take each day step by step, and always thank God for each day, crazy as it may be. πŸ™‚

    1. Yes, I totally agree with you Susannah and I’m glad you relate to this as well. God has created each and every moment for us which cannot be replicated so it’s important for us to be thankful of having the opportunity to live the moment πŸ™‚ Thanks for your comment!!! 🌸

  4. Such a great post … time is precious but not in anyone’s hand… you are so right that that we should look forward for the coming times rather than stressing over, how much we utilized the past time…
